Sustainable Development in Service of National Chemistry Exports
21st Annual Workshop at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel
The Federation of Chemistry and Parachemistry (FCP) held its 21st annual workshop today at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel, under the theme: "Sustainable Development in Service of National Chemistry Exports".
This event brought together key players in the sector. The opening of this 21st edition was marked by the speech of the President of the Federation of Chemistry and Parachemistry (FCP), Mr. Abed Chagar, a pre-recorded speech by Mr. Omar Hejira, Secretary of State in Charge of Foreign Trade, Mr. Mohamed Ouhmed, Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, Mr. Mehdi Tazi, General Vice-President of CGEM, and Mr. Hassan Sentissi, President of ASMEX, around a common objective: to make sustainability a true lever of international competitiveness.
Two round tables enabled debate and formulated concrete recommendations to support Moroccan companies:
- Integrating sustainable development into the export strategy of chemical products
- Innovation and new markets: levers for competitive and sustainable chemistry
Through this 21st workshop, the FCP reaffirms its commitment to supporting a more sustainable, innovative and export-oriented Moroccan chemical industry, by strengthening collaboration between public and private actors.
