Morocco's Chemical Industry at the Heart of Energy Transition and Strategic Challenges
The Federation of Chemistry and Parachemistry (FCP) is one of the most active Moroccan federations, contributing significantly to the country's industrial GDP. In 2023, companies in the chemistry sector represented 25% of Morocco's industrial fabric.
To foster real synergies within the federation and open further to the international community with the goal of building sustainable partnerships with international companies or groups in the chemical industry, the FCP organizes the 2nd Edition of the International Chemistry Forum on high-performance batteries.
During the 2nd Edition of the International Chemistry Forum, held on May 15-16, 2024 in Rabat, one of the flagship topics discussed was building an ecosystem dedicated to high-performance batteries in Morocco. The numerous projects initiated in 2023 and partnerships with renowned international companies in the high-performance battery sector highlight Morocco's recognized expertise and investment potential in industries related to electric vehicles.
